Kinth provides a partnership led approach utilising its full suite of services, including a highly experienced in-house tier one design and construction team supported by dedicated overseas experts and office providing a truly international in-house offering.
Our group is led by a highly knowledgeable and experienced senior management team bringing a wealth of experience from all sectors of the property industry as well as financial and all other relevant sectors.
We are supported by a wide network of close collaborators with extensive international experience in creating successful places and real estate products.
Alkis Tzavaras
Managing Partner
Alkis is an experienced real estate professional, trained as an architect and urban planner and operating for more than 20 years in the fields of architecture, urban planning and placemaking as well as advising on strategic development projects in various location around the world.
He has worked for and collaborated with JTP in London since 2003, and has extensive knowledge of the design and implementation of new retail and mixed-use communities and residential projects of different densities.
He has led the design and development of a number of high profile projects through all stages in the UK, across Europe, Russia, the Middle East and China.
Alkis has taught advanced digital media and architecture design at Westminster University, has been a visiting lecturer in Oxford Brookes, Cardiff and Kingston Universities.
He is currently also running Urban Parametrics GmbH and Anleval AG, designing, developing and investing in various size urban development and tourism projects. He shares his time between Zug, Switzerland, Athens, Greece, and London, UK.
